About Your New Job as Business Development Manager 

  • As the Business Development Manager, you will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Ireland, driving growth and expanding market presence. In particular focusing on onboarding new data centers and companies in the pharma sector. 
  • You’ll prospect and generate qualified leads, engage in tenders, and convert opportunities into long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, analyse market trends, and serve as a trusted advisor for electronic security solutions.
  • Maintain and grow strategic relationships, driving recurring revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

What Skills You Need to the Business Development Manager 

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical security sales role.
  • Experience in site walks, tendering and bidding processes.
  • External sales experience managing full sales cycles
  • Full driver’s license.
