About Your New Job as a Business Development Manager
- As Business Development Manager, you will take ownership for driving profitable sales across Leinster & Munster.
- This Business Development Manager position is four days out on the road visiting clients and one day from home.
- You will research, identify, and convert new business opportunities within retail and merchants.
What Skills You Need to be the Business Development Manager
- Previous experience in field sales within plumbing, bathroom sector, hardware, or related sectors.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial understanding of the bathroom, plumbing, or hardware market.
- Full, clean driving license and ability to travel regularly within the region.

- €50-55k Base Salary
- 20% OTE on top of base salary
