About Your New Employer
Working for an Irish owned company who are over 30 years old. They are a Shopfitting company who supply luxury retailers as well as office space, healthcare and leisure centres.
Key Responsibilities for this Business Development Role
- Reactivate existing business and account manage these clients
- Develop new business via social media channels, cold calling, referral relationships and new sales strategies and then account managing these clients
- Upsell and cross sell and spot opportunities for growth
- You will be the expert of Shopfitting and will be the point of contact for clients
- Liaising closely with the Design Teams
- Sales Reporting and Sales Forecasts
- Covering the whole of Ireland
- Hybrid with 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days out on the road visiting clients
- This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a design-led environment and enjoys working closely with architects, designers and contractors to influence specifications and secure sales.
What Skills You Need for this Sales Job
- You need to come from Interior Design or a Shop Fit out background
- You need to have sales experience and client facing experience
- A background in Design would be a strong advantage
- Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications is a strong advantage
- You will be delivering presentations so need to be well versed in this
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- A full Driving Licence and own car
What’s on Offer
This Job comes with a basic salary of circa 45k but will go higher for the right person along with Commission and own Car after one year. Mileage is paid.
