Your New Role

As a BIM Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the design and coordination of multidisciplinary projects through high-quality 3D modelling and documentation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Producing detailed BIM models using Revit in line with project requirements
  • Assisting in the coordination of models across MEP and other disciplines
  • Ensuring BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are followed
  • Supporting clash detection processes and resolving coordination issues
  • Generating drawings, schedules, and technical documentation from models
  • Working closely with engineers and senior BIM staff to deliver projects efficiently

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working as a BIM Technician, ideally within an MEP or engineering consultancy environment
  • Proficiency in Revit **Essential**
  • Understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and common data environments
  • Experience with Navisworks or similar coordination tools (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
