I am a Principal Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Building Services sector within the Construction team at Sigmar Recruitment. Since joining Sigmar in April 2025, I have focused exclusively on sourcing, vetting, and placing high-quality professionals across Ireland’s mechanical, electrical, and M&E markets. I manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with candidates and clients ranging from leading main contractors and specialist subcontractors to engineering consultancies and growing SMEs.

Before joining Sigmar, I recruited within the Facilities Management sector, supporting technical and operational appointments ranging from Maintenance Electricians to Contract Managers. I graduated from Maynooth University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Management.
