About Your New Job
- Lead full cycle recruiting activities for Ireland Manufacturing, and support portions of strategic talent acquisition projects, processes, and programs.
- Involvement in Early Career recruitment & activities to attract and secure emerging talent.
- Conduct phone screens with prospective employees to ensure suitability before sharing with hiring managers.
- Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create attractive offers and secure top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain regular communication with hiring managers on open positions and active candidates.
- Develop strong, professional relationships with business partners and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's level 8 degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant recruiting experience, with a preference for experience in high volume engineering/science roles.
- Experience with Workday Recruit is desirable.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
