Our client is a massive international construction contractor. They have experienced rapid growth and want to continue this trajectory by hiring an Area Sales Manager for Leinster. The role is open due to retirement, and the territory is being split in two.
About Your New Job
- As the Area Sales Manager you will focus on generating specifications with architects and working with main and roofing contractors to deliver them.
- You will be engaging in technical sales and to be keen on chasing sales rather than just responding to specifications.
- Preparing and delivering CPD presentations.
- Resolving technical queries from clients and responding to administrative requests efficiently.
What Skills You Need
- 3 years’ experience dealing with the envelope of the building, with a network of architects and contractors.
- Ability to influence and chase deals down.
- Demonstrable projects that you have been successful on.
- Full driver’s license and living within 60 minutes of Dublin.
- Team player
