The company is now looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Sales Executive to develop business from architects, interior designers, contractors and other key construction contacts.
About Your New Job
- You will develop new business by engaging directly with architects, designers, contractors and other relevant contacts across the construction and interiors sector.
- You will use your existing network to generate immediate opportunities and build a strong project pipeline.
- You will work to protect product specifications, ensuring that the company’s tiles and bathroom finishes remain specified and supplied throughout the project lifecycle.
- You will identify upcoming construction and refurbishment projects and position the company’s products at the earliest possible stage.
- You will manage the sales process from initial contact through to quotation, specification and final sale.
- You will be expected to hit the ground running and begin engaging with your contacts immediately.
The showroom is open:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am–5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am–4:00pm
- Closed Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays
What Skills You Need
- Proven experience in architectural, specification or project-based sales.
- An established network of contacts among architects, interior designers, contractors, developers or related construction professionals.
- A strong track record selling tiles, flooring, carpets, paint, interior finishes or a closely related product area.
- The ability to generate business independently and develop opportunities from existing relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness, communication skills and the drive to achieve sales targets.
What's on Offer
- €60,000 basic salary plus commission.
- 1% commission on total sales once monthly sales reach the €50,000 target.
