Job Title: Administration Support
Location: Parkmore, Galway
Type of contract: Permanent
This is an on-site role, with a global company, providing administration and facilities support within a team of approximately 80 people. There is a small admin team on site that you will be working closely with. This role is part of a busy admin team and has become available due to expansion of the team.

Salary: Between 28k and 31k, depending on experience.

Qualities/Skills Required:
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Good communicator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & using computers. Particularly confident in the use of Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Experience in a busy administration position

This job opportunity involves various daily administrative tasks including the below:
  • Complete supplier forms and registration portals for customers
  • Contacting IT support to inform them of IT issues
  • Process card payments/manage skype subscriptions
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Organising lunch for company office events
  • Assist in travel arrangements (Booking hotels and taxis)
  • Liaising with cleaning and repair companies for office maintenance
  • Book Health & Safety courses
  • Support the admin team with various general admin tasks and paperwork
