This is an on-site role, with a global company, providing administration and facilities support within a team of approximately 80 people. There is a small admin team on site that you will be working closely with. This role is part of a busy admin team and has become available due to expansion of the team.

- Experience in a busy administration position
This job opportunity involves various daily administrative tasks including the below:
- Complete supplier forms and registration portals for customers
- Contacting IT support to inform them of IT issues
- Process card payments/manage skype subscriptions
- Ordering office supplies
- Organising lunch for company office events
- Assist in travel arrangements (Booking hotels and taxis)
- Liaising with cleaning and repair companies for office maintenance
- Book Health & Safety courses
- Support the admin team with various general admin tasks and paperwork
