About Your New Job as Accounts Receivable Specialist

As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will:

• Manage all billing, collection, and accounts receivable reporting activities in line with strict deadlines.
• Perform account reconciliations, monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delays, or irregularities, and resolve queries or discrepancies.
• Generate AR aging metrics, maintain customer master data, and process payments (bank, cash, credit card).
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a high level of service.
• Assist with the month-end close and support other finance-related duties as needed.

What Skills You Need

• At least 3 years' experience in an accounts receivable or similar finance role.
• Part-qualified accountant or accounts technician (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
• High accuracy, strong numerical and data entry skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong team player and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks independently.
