About Your New Job
- As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for goods receiving, including checking, counting, and organising stock.
- You will pick and pack customer orders to meet agreed timeframes and turnaround targets.
- Deliver items to points of use and re-stock shelves to required maximum levels.
- Conduct stock checks and cycle counts, proactively maintaining stock accuracy.
- Operate a computerised stock control system and support warehouse operations as needed.
What Skills You Need
- Forklift Licence and experience are mandatory.
- Previous experience with stock control systems such as SAP or similar; WMS experience is desirable.
- Flexible, reliable, and hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to use your own initiative.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
