About Your New Job

  • As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for goods receiving, including checking, counting, and organising stock.
  • You will pick and pack customer orders to meet agreed timeframes and turnaround targets.
  • Deliver items to points of use and re-stock shelves to required maximum levels.
  • Conduct stock checks and cycle counts, proactively maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Operate a computerised stock control system and support warehouse operations as needed.

What Skills You Need

  • Forklift Licence and experience are mandatory.
  • Previous experience with stock control systems such as SAP or similar; WMS experience is desirable.
  • Flexible, reliable, and hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to use your own initiative.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
