About Your New Employer
My client, a leading global financial services company is recruiting a Transfer Agency Oversight Manager within the digital assets space. The role is based in central Dublin (Hybrid-3 days onsite and 2 days remote).You will be responsible for the effective oversight of the client's Third-Party Administrators who act as Transfer Agents for their funds.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate an understanding of key regulatory updates.
- Establish a partnership relationship with the Third-Party Administrators to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Effectively communicate and report operational risks to business partners and management.
- Work with team to implement change initiatives such as fund launches, client migrations, system upgrades and onboarding of new platforms.
- Understand the importance of managing risk and minimising operational risk across the team.
What skills You Need:
- At least 5 years experience in a transfer agency role.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
