About Your New Job
- As a Trade Counter Sales professional, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on electrical products to a diverse customer base.
- You will respond to enquiries by phone and in person, offer quotations, process sales, and aim to maximize sales and margins by upselling and promoting own-brand products.
- You will be involved in preparing orders, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and supporting all aspects of day-to-day branch operations
What Skills You Need
- Experience in electrical wholesale or electrical product knowledge is highly desirable.
- Candidates from a trade counter background — building merchants, plumbing merchants etc
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) and fluent English (written and spoken).
What's on Offer
- Competitive salary: DOE.
- 5-day week (Mon-Fri, 8.30–17.00) plus just 1 Saturday morning per month (7.30–13.00).
