About Your New Job as an Office Administrator
- Front Desk & Reception: Act as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and external callers. Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally, greet visitors, manage sign-ins, and coordinate access cards.
- Office Operations & Coordination: Ensure smooth daily office operations, manage calendars and meeting room bookings, organize transport and business dinners, and support hospitality and onsite logistics for events.
- Office & Facilities Support: Coordinate supplies, manage mail and deliveries, liaise with the management company for office issues, and maintain reception digital signage.
- Employee Support & Events: Organize quarterly staff outings and internal events, coordinate training bookings, and maintain records.
- Onboarding & New Hires: Prepare desks, equipment, access cards, and welcome materials for new hires, and coordinate laptop requests.
- Finance & Administration: Keep accurate records of invoices and receipts, manage P-Card receipts, support TaxSaver renewals, and prepare invitation letters for visitors.
What Skills You Need as an Office Administrator
- Experience: 2-3 years previous experience in office administration, reception, or similar support roles preferred.
- Communication: Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Organisation: Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Front Desk Management: Confident in answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing the front desk.
What’s on Offer?
- Competitive Salary: €40K per annum (€19.23 per hour).
- Annual Leave: 23 days of annual leave.
- Work Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
