Our client is a construction company based in Co. Kilkenny. They are currently looking to bring on a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist on a permanent basis.
This role would be fully onsite with travel to regional offices across Ireland as needed. Therefore, a clean and valid driver’s license would be required.
About Your New Job
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and regions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
- Creating and administering competency assessments tests
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, various job boards, referrals and direct search
- Screen and assess candidates against role/project requirements
- Coordinate and support interview processes
- Manage offers, approvals, and candidate communications
- Deliver regular updates on recruitment activities and pipeline progress
- Deliver a professional and efficient candidate experience at all stages
- Support career events, graduate engagement, and recruitment campaigns
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding processes
- Manage agency relationships
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiencies
What Skills you need:
- 3-5 years’ of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Degree in Business, HR, or related discipline
- CIPD qualification would be ideal
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing capability, particularly using LinkedIn and direct methods
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- High attention to detail and a professional, solutions-focused approach
