About Your New Employer
Our client is a construction company based in Co. Kilkenny. They are currently looking to bring on a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist on a permanent basis.
This role would be fully onsite with travel to regional offices across Ireland as needed. Therefore, a clean and valid driver’s license would be required.


About Your New Job

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and regions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Creating and administering competency assessments tests
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, various job boards, referrals and direct search
  • Screen and assess candidates against role/project requirements
  • Coordinate and support interview processes
  • Manage offers, approvals, and candidate communications
  • Deliver regular updates on recruitment activities and pipeline progress
  • Deliver a professional and efficient candidate experience at all stages 
  • Support career events, graduate engagement, and recruitment campaigns
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding processes
  • Manage agency relationships
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiencies

What Skills you need:

  • 3-5 years’ of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Degree in Business, HR, or related discipline
  • CIPD qualification would be ideal
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing capability, particularly using LinkedIn and direct methods
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and a professional, solutions-focused approach
