Our client is a top insurance provider for public sector organisations in Ireland, with their office located in Dublin 2. They are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their TA team on contract basis to start and then will convert to permanent after 12-18 months.
This role would be on a hybrid working model with 2 days working in the office.
About Your New Job
- Lead and execute the talent acquisition process including strategy, partnering with leaders on workforce planning and critical hiring needs
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Own the onboarding process for every new hire and be their first point of contact upon them starting
- Manage all pre-employment screening and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with the HR, IT, and Facilities team ahead of first day for new hires
- Work with key stakeholders to enhance employer branding and engage in external talent management initiatives
- Support the rollout of HR policies such as DEI throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
- Educate potential candidates on the career development, benefits and culture within the organisation
- Train and support hiring managers on interview processes and best practices
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external providers
- Share regular reports and insights to the HR and leadership team
- Support key HR processes including performance management, L&D, and employee life-cycle events.
- Use metrics to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process
What Skills You Need
- 3-5 years in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role, must have in-house experience.
- Experience in the public sector, professional services, financial services or insurance is required.
- CIPD Accreditation or working towards it would be desirable
