About Your New Job

  • As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for purchasing, planning, inventory control, customer service, and operations coordination to achieve efficient production results.
  • Meet customer order demands, improve lead times, and maintain forecasts for customer needs.
  • Coordinate with purchasing to maintain appropriate inventory levels, monitor inventory, and work with accounting to establish reserves and disposals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Department Management: Manage and supervise the department, including conducting annual performance appraisals, team development, and hiring of new personnel.
  • Supply Chain Systems: Lead the implementation and execution of supply chain systems and processes to manage the supply of materials and finished products.
  • Product Planning & Scheduling: Lead the planning and scheduling of production, ensuring timely supply of compliant products and achieving supply chain business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance, relationships, and improvements with supply chain manufacturing and distribution partners through regular, structured communication processes.
  • Metrics Development: Develop and implement metrics to monitor and record raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, ensuring accuracy of information to assist with supply chain decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage relationships with commercial partners and other functions to understand and obtain demand forecasts.
  • Project Leadership: Identify, contribute to, and lead projects with other functions to achieve supply chain objectives.

What Skills You Need

  • Must be familiar with production and inventory procedures.
  • Understanding of both demand and forecast planning.
  • Good at mathematical calculations.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Proficient with computer software programs & Excel.
