About Your New Job

• As the Supply Chain Lead, you will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement and production planning to distribution and delivery.
• You will coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, sales, finance) to ensure seamless operations, timely inventory management, and cost-effective logistics solutions.
• You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement strategies to enhance productivity, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• You will leverage data analytics and supply chain technologies to inform decisions and maintain strong, collaborative supplier relationships.
• You will lead regular risk assessments, develop effective contingency plans, and manage new supply chain initiatives.
• You will play a key role in the company's growth, contributing to strategic planning and execution.

What Skills You Need

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation/contract management skills, and leadership/team management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and risk assessment.
• Strategic mindset and experience in project management of supply chain initiatives.
