Supply Chain Coordinator
Are you an organised and proactive supply chain professional looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the smooth flow of stock, customer orders, and logistics activities across a fast-paced operation.
Working closely with logistics partners, customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are delivered efficiently while maintaining excellent service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities with third-party providers.
- Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Monitor stock movements and inventory accuracy across multiple locations.
- Resolve delivery issues, customer queries, and supply chain exceptions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, warehouse partners, and transport providers.
- Produce operational reports and maintain accurate system records.
- Support invoicing and ensure billing accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service performance.
About You
- Experience in a supply chain, logistics, customer service, or operations environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
Desirable
- Experience working within a 3PL or supply chain environment.
- SAP or ERP system experience.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
