About Your New Job

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will:

  • Plan, lead, and document supplier and CDP audits and assessments (onsite and remote) to ensure compliance with regulations, agreements, standards, and processes (some travel required for onsite audits).
  • Record and manage supplier non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions, and supplier corrections.
  • Define, execute, and own supplier/CDP change requests.
  • Apply a risk-based approach to supplier/CDP categorization and onboarding.
  • Lead supplier/CDP risk assessments and develop associated mitigation plans.
  • Prepare, execute, and maintain Quality Agreements with suppliers and CDPs.
  • Advise stakeholders on purchasing controls requirements and their application.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Delivery, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, and wider Commercial Quality colleagues.
  • Administer Approved Supplier List, Approved Distributor List, and audit schedules.
  • Collect, document, and analyze quality metric data.
  • Support Commercial Quality initiatives, including simplification and optimization of purchasing control processes.
  • Participate in strategic projects and initiatives, acting as the voice of Supplier Quality, providing guidance with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Lead additional activities as needed to support supplier and CDP lifecycle management.

What Skills You Need

  • Solid relevant experience.
  • Auditor qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn compliance systems and electronic platforms quickly.

Desirable Skills/Knowledge/Experience

  • University/bachelor's degree or equivalent.
