Supervisor - Leisure - Entertainment Centre - 4 day week - Friday - Saturday - Sunday - Monday
Main duties:
- Opening up and closing down securely when required.
- Maintaining safe, secure and healthy environment for both staff and customers by following procedures that are in place
- Ensure all equipment (freezers, fridges, security cameras etc) are operating correctly and without fault.
- Meet and greet adults and children.
- Ensuring adequate stock levels are available for the smooth running of the shift you are responsible for including food stock and cash.
Ensure any accidents/incidents are recorded, time, where, how, what, as per the procedures that are in place.
- Balancing tills and safe at the end of the shift and placing tills and cash into safe.
Experience:
- Ideal candidate would have 3 yrs experience in Hospitality, Child Care or Leisure background.
- Have a genuine interest in customer service with excellent organisational and communications skills. Have a high level of enthusiasm and motivation to engage with a young team of staff.
- Be fully aware and has some experience of Health and Safety regulations and maintain HACCP requirements.
- Experience in stock control and cash handling.
