About Your New Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Electrician for a static role based in a large business park in the South of Dublin City. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, ensuring compliance with statutory and company standards while maintaining building systems at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, codes of practice, and company safety policies.
  • Assist with minor installation works and project support where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks.
  • Liaise with the client and site management to deliver a first-class FM service.

What Skills You Need

  • Trade Qualified Electrician
  • Minimum of 5 years proven facilities / maintenance experience within a commercial setting.
  • Good understanding of building services (lighting, power, fire alarms, emergency systems, etc.).
  • Extensive knowledge & experience in PPMs and reactive maintenance
