About Your New Job
- As the Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of site operations for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- You will coordinate and manage site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project deadlines and milestones.
- You will supervise civil engineering and groundworks contractors while maintaining high standards of quality control across all site activities.
- You will manage labour timesheets, supplier records, and HSQE documentation.
- You will promote and ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations.
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role.
- Proven background in water infrastructure or heavy civils projects.
- Relevant and up-to-date training certifications.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
