Site Project Manager – Cork & Munster Region - Up to €100,000 per annum + Vehicle + Benefits

  • Projects entail 4-5 sites in Cork, with a couple of sites across Munster.

About Your New Job

  • Taking ownership of multiple projects from pre-construction through to successful handover, ensuring safe, timely, and on-budget delivery.
  • Develop project strategies, programmes, and resource plans, coordinate stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors), and chair project meetings to resolve challenges.
  • Provide technical guidance on systems, manage project budgets and supplier relationships, promote a strong safety culture.
  • Lead improvements in internal processes, mentoring junior team members.

What Skills You Need

  • Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally within the residential sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of modern construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and contract administration.
  • Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Munster.
  • Self-motivated, organised, adaptable, and comfortable working flexibly between home and site.
