About Your New Job
- As the Site Manager, you will oversee the daily management of either a large construction site or multiple smaller sites, implementing company processes and procedures.
- You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
- You will coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and team members, lead and motivate teams, and take responsibility for the overall management of one or more sites.
- For complex or multi-sectional projects, you will either work as part of a broader on-site team or act as the senior leader in charge.
- You will proactively address on-site challenges, resolve issues, and adapt to changing project scope and conditions.
What Skills You Need
- Relevant third-level education or trade qualifications.
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Skills in planning, organising, and executing projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Experience implementing Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
