About Your New Job
As the Site Manager, you will:
- Report to the Contracts Manager and carry out all agreed duties on site.
- Manage all industrial relations matters on the front line.
- Ensure all company procedures and contractual commitments are met.
- Oversee and implement workplace health and safety procedures, including safety manuals.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 5 years’ practical experience managing construction sites.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage site operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
