About Your New Role
As Site Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day site operations on a large residential project in Barna, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Your focus will include:
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Upholding strict health and safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Coordinating construction planning, sequencing, stakeholder communication, and project reporting.
- Monitoring progress and taking action to keep the project on programme.
- Driving problem-solving, continuous improvement, and strong site team performance.
- Ensuring resources, equipment, and materials are utilised efficiently.
- Overseeing inspections, snagging, and final completion to the required standard.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 3 years’ site management experience, ideally on large residential projects.
- Recognised qualification or strong trade background in Construction or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within agreed timelines and specifications.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and Irish industry standards.
- Experience managing subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site activities.
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification desirable.
