You will join a respected contractor and contribute to the delivery of a landmark, high-specification project where quality, precision and attention to detail are essential. The project will involve the refurbishment and extension of a prestigious property, requiring close coordination between specialist trades, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
About Your New Role:
As Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations on this prestigious, high-end refurbishment and extension project, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards and in line with the project’s exacting requirements.
You will lead on-site teams, coordinate specialist subcontractors and help deliver a project defined by premium materials, bespoke finishes and outstanding craftsmanship. You will play a key role in ensuring the development achieves the quality and finish expected of a high-profile project.
Main responsibilities include:
• Supervising on-site construction activities and ensuring all works meet the required high-end quality standards.
• Managing daily site operations and coordinating project teams, specialist trades and subcontractors to meet programme targets.
• Ensuring premium finishes, bespoke architectural elements and detailed refurbishment works are delivered to the required specification.
• Maintaining site documentation and facilitating effective communication among clients, consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Leading team meetings, planning upcoming works and coordinating the sequencing of activities across the prestigious development.
• Monitoring progress, quality and compliance throughout the project, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Enforcing health and safety protocols and ensuring all works are carried out in line with regulatory and project requirements.
• Maintaining a strong focus on attention to detail, workmanship and the overall presentation of the completed project.
What Skills You Need:
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Site Manager role within the construction sector.
• Experience delivering high-end residential, commercial refurbishment, luxury or similarly high-specification construction projects would be highly advantageous.
• Relevant construction management qualification or related field.
• Proven ability to manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on complex projects.
• Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
