About Your New Role:
As Site Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day site operations on high-profile building projects, ensuring all activities are completed to the highest standards. Your focus will include:
- Leading site teams and subcontractors for on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Upholding strict safety, quality, and compliance protocols.
- Coordinating construction planning, stakeholder communication, and detailed project reporting.
- Driving problem-solving, continuous improvement, and team performance.
- Ensuring resources, equipment, and materials are utilised efficiently.
What Skills You Need:
- Minimum 5 years’ site management experience, preferably for a Main Contractor.
- Recognised qualification or trade background in Construction or a related field.
- Track record of delivering projects within set timelines and specifications.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and Irish industry standards.
- Safepass and Manual Handling certification desirable.
