About Your New Role:
As Civil Site Manager, you will take charge of day-to-day site management on complex civil works, ensuring all project goals are met with the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your focus will include:
- Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and resources for efficient, timely delivery.
- Maintaining safety, quality, and environmental standards across all activities.
- Coordinating planning, stakeholder communications, and project reporting.
- Driving problem-solving and performance improvements across the project lifecycle.
What Skills You Need:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering or construction.
- Recognised qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Demonstrable project management and leadership expertise.
- Strong organisational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Irish construction standards and regulations.
- Full driving licence.
