About Your New Job

  • As the Site Manager, you will oversee the daily management of either a large site or multiple smaller sites, ensuring processes and procedures are fully implemented and project goals are met efficiently.
  • You will lead in planning, organising, and executing all construction activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards.
  • You will act as the senior leader for multiple sites or work collaboratively within a larger team on complex projects, taking full responsibility for site operations and successful delivery.

What Skills You Need

  • Relevant third-level education or trade qualification required.
  • Ideally, you will have 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with proven ability to coordinate multiple projects.
  • Strong skills in team leadership, project management, budgeting, and compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
