Site Manager – Kerry Based - Up to €80,000 per annum

About Your New Job
- Oversee daily operations on solar PV construction sites.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, installers, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Enforce health & safety standards in line with Irish regulations, conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders, attend meetings, address queries, and ensure satisfaction.
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager, provide accurate and timely site reports, and ensure all materials and resources are available.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and ensure all work is completed to technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
What Skills You Need
- 3–5+ years’ experience in construction site management (solar, electrical, or infrastructure projects preferred).
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
- Proven track record in delivering projects within schedule and budget.
- Degree, diploma or trade qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical, or Civils discipline (preferred), with relevant certifications (Safe Pass, Manual Handling mandatory).
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead site teams, read technical drawings, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
