About Your New Job

  • As the Site Manager, you will oversee the daily management of either a large construction site or multiple smaller sites, ensuring all company processes and procedures are effectively implemented.
  • You will lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve project goals efficiently, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • You will actively coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and team members to resolve on-site challenges and drive projects to successful completion.

What Skills You Need

  • Relevant third-level education or trade qualifications.
  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards, with proven experience coordinating multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and project management software.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; team-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
