About Your New Job
- As the Site Manager, you will liaise with site management to ensure all project plans and schedules are delivered within set timelines by all employees and sub-contractors.
- You will translate general work requirements into prioritised plans for crews and sub-contractors, regularly assess progress, and provide detailed reports to Project Managers.
- You will manage all costs in association with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, assure compliance with ISO standards, and uphold all aspects of health & safety legislation.
- You will ensure all work is carried out to specification, maintain effective site operations, resolve issues and conflicts, and keep a presentable, well-maintained site at all times.
What Skills You Need
- Competence in construction site operations management and all aspects of health & safety legislation.
- Excellent organisational, delegation, and leadership abilities.
- Strong skills in interpreting maps, drawings, specifications, and technical manuals.
- Proven ability to work independently while providing clear site leadership.
