About Your New Job

  • Leading the management of day-to-day site operations, coordinating work areas and activities.
  • Ensuring company and client safety procedures and quality standards are always maintained.
  • Overseeing project schedules, progress reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Managing procurement and logistics of materials and equipment to ensure project efficiency.
  • Monitoring and supporting the implementation of Inspection Test Plans and project handovers.
  • Identifying risks and collaborating with management to deliver projects on time and within compliance.
  • Managing and closing out snags and non-conformances, ensuring a high standard of finish.

What Skills You Need

  • Significant site management experience in construction.
  • In-depth understanding of ISO45001:2018 safety management and ISO9001:2015 quality management systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate and coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, including scheduling, reporting, and register maintenance.
