About Your New Role as a Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our clients construction projects in Clare, this is a large high end refurb project so experience in managing similar projects would be a benefit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and report on any variances.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of work.
What Skills You Need as a Site Manager:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role.
- Relevant degree or diploma in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
