About Your New Job
- As the Site Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations on a significant commercial construction site in Co. Mayo, ensuring all onsite activities are delivered to the highest quality and safety standards.
- You will manage professional teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and serve as the key contact for clients to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
- Duties include:
- Managing all site activities in adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating with project teams to align with overall goals and timelines.
- Monitoring progress and reporting on site performance to senior management.
- Conducting regular inspections to enforce quality and safety standards.
- Building strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage several tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant construction management qualifications or equivalent.
