About Your New Role
As a Civil Site Engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing technical and site operations for major civil works in Clare, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Set out, level, and survey sites to align works with project drawings and specifications.
- Supervise site works, resolve technical issues, and coordinate teams and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate site records, quality assurance, and progress reporting.
- Provide technical support to the project team, liaising with design teams, clients, and management.
- Support implementation of health and safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to problem-solving and help drive project delivery.
What Skills You Need
- 2+ years’ experience in a Civil Site Engineer role within civil engineering or infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Technical aptitude and proven ability to manage site teams and complex operations.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within fast-paced project environments.
- Full driving licence.
