About Your New Role as a Site Engineer
As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a central role in managing technical site operations for varied engineering assignments in Athlone.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting site surveys, setting out works, and ensuring alignment with project specifications
• Supervising engineering activities and assisting in team coordination
• Maintaining project documentation and ensuring quality standards are met
• Supporting the implementation of strong health and safety practices
• Liaising with project stakeholders to achieve key milestones
What Skills You Need as a Site Engineer
• Minimum 2+ year’s experience in a Site Engineer role within construction, civil, or infrastructure projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
• Sound understanding of technical drawings and site operations
• Clear communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within collaborative project teams
• Full clean driving licence
