About the Role

As Dublin Site Coordinator & Business Manager, you will act as a central point of coordination for senior leaders and teams across the Dublin office. You will help drive site strategy, engagement, and governance while ensuring a seamless experience for all. 

Your work will include:

  • Managing stakeholder relationships and partnering closely with senior leadership
  • Coordinating site events, engagement activities, meetings and community initiatives for team and leaders. 
  • Organising guest visits, ensuring a professional experience
  • Producing strategic document, track objectives and KPIs. 
  • Helping to strengthen culture, communication, and collaboration on site

This is a varied role combining site coordination and business management, suited to someone who enjoys ownership, effective delivery, visibility, and smooth operations. 

About You:

  • Experience in business management, operations, or stakeholder support required
  • Background in Financial services experience is highly desirable. 
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisation, judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence working with senior leadership and influencing across teams
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and driving improvements in processes, communication, and site operations
