- Monitor health and safety compliance across projects and operational activities.
- Coordinate training requirements and maintain training and competency records.
- Provide guidance to site teams on safe working practices and health & safety legislation.
- Assist with internal audits and quality management systems, including ISO-related processes.

- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working with ISO management systems and audit processes.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes within a construction or engineering environment.
- Experience supporting HSEQ management systems and continuous improvement programmes.
Personal Attributes

- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence engaging with site personnel and management teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ongoing professional development and training will be provided.
- Travel to sites across Northern Ireland will form a regular part of the role.
