About Your New Job
As the Senior Project Town Planner, you will:
- Prepare and submit planning applications, develop reports, feasibility assessments, masterplans, and strategic planning documents.
- Engage with a variety of clients, managing projects across both public and private sectors.
- Take an active role in delivering environmental projects, leading or coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
- Advise on strategic planning and consenting processes, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain high standards and support project outcomes.
What Skills You Need
- Degree and/or Masters in Town Planning.
- Minimum of seven years’ professional experience in town planning.
- Deep knowledge of planning and environmental legislation.
- Chartered (or Corporate) member of IPI/RTPI.
- Proven experience preparing planning applications, reports, feasibility studies, masterplans, and strategies for a range of projects.
- Track record in delivering environmental projects and managing or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
