About Your New Job
As the SAP Finance-to-Manage (FTM) Configuration & Analysis Advisor, you will act as a subject matter expert responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA finance processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Configure and support SAP FTM / FICO capabilities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Financial Close, Credit Management, and Revenue Accounting.
• Design and maintain global finance templates, chart of accounts structures, financial controls, and intercompany processes across the organization.
• Lead the functional design, testing, and deployment of WRICEF objects, ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration across SAP modules such as PTP, OTC, MM, SD, EWM, and IBP as well as external financial systems.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and issue resolution to ensure financial accuracy and compliance across enterprise finance processes.
• Facilitate workshops with finance stakeholders, gather requirements, validate solution designs, and support training and change-management initiatives.
What Skills You Need
• 7+ years of SAP FICO / Finance-to-Manage configuration experience.
• Experience working on at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes including postings, closing cycles, AP/AR, treasury, and financial integrations.
• Experience working with financial master data, intercompany processes, cost allocations, and tax considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work with finance leaders, developers, and global process teams.
