About Your New Job
You will play a key role in enabling enterprise analytics by designing and implementing modern SAP data architectures.
In this role you will:
Design and develop scalable data architecture integrating SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, BDC, and HANA Cloud to support enterprise analytics and reporting.
Build and optimize data pipelines to ingest large data volumes from SAP S/4 into BDC, leveraging native platform capabilities and modern integration technologies.
Model business domains such as Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) within BDC while ensuring efficient data management and avoiding duplication across systems.
Implement strong data governance practices, ensuring data quality, lineage, security, and masking using Unity Catalog and enterprise standards.
Collaborate with enterprise and CSD data architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical data solutions.
Monitor and optimize performance of SAP systems and large-scale data processing workloads.
Design analytics-ready data structures supporting BI and reporting tools such as SAC and BusinessObjects.
Develop strategies for data acquisition, migration, and recovery across SAP data environments.
What Skills You Need
To be successful in this role you will have:
10+ years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/Native HANA, HANA Cloud, and strong experience with SAP Datasphere.
Strong experience in data architecture, data modelling, and SQL development within enterprise data platforms.
Experience designing data pipelines and large-scale data integrations using tools such as CDS Views, SDI/SDA/SLT/BODS, SAP CPI, APIs, and Cloud Connector.
Knowledge of Databricks, Python, and RDBMS data modelling.
Strong functional knowledge in Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain Planning.
Experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or BusinessObjects.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and ERP implementation lifecycles (planning, blueprinting, go-live, hypercare).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have:
SAP Datasphere or BDC certification
Knowledge of SAP BTP, BAS, cloud technologies
Experience with MDG
Background in wholesale pharmaceutical distribution or life sciences
