Senior Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy Division
Sigmar’s Accountancy division has been a pillar brand within our business over the past decade, and the team consists of some of the best accountancy recruiters in the country. We are now seeking to hire an experienced recruitment professional who will compliment this great team and help us grow even more market share.
In your new job with Sigmar you will focus on delivering ‘end to end’ accountancy recruitment services to clients within the the industry and financial services sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.
- Build and develop strong client relationships.
- Source, engage, and manage high-quality candidates in the accountancy sector.
- Lead client meetings, take detailed briefs, and advise on hiring strategy.
- Manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive business development activity with new and existing clients.
- Maintain a strong market presence and network within your niche.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in agency recruitment (accountancy or professional services sectors preferred).
- Strong billing track record.
- Experienced with developing new business in your sector.
- Comfortable working in a target driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruitment.
