About Your New Job

  • As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the full commercial lifecycle of residential construction projects.
  • You will be responsible for cost planning, management of budgets, tender analysis, and commercial reporting.
  • You’ll lead value engineering initiatives, monitor project expenditure, and mentor junior surveyors while managing multiple stakeholders.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying within construction, ideally residential projects.
  • Proven ability to lead commercial aspects of projects from start to finish.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar field.
