About Your New Job

  • As the (Sr.) Project Scheduler, you will develop, monitor, and optimize project schedules using Microsoft Project and other leading tools.
  • You will coordinate and support the creation of detailed project timelines, including resource loading, demand forecasting, and benefits tracking.
  • You will act as a key partner, collaborating with Project Leaders, Managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, governance, and strategic alignment.
  • You will manage schedule adherence reporting (Actual vs. Planned, S-curves), risk register analysis, and resource allocation, enabling successful project execution.
  • You’ll also help set up technical agenda programs and facilitate project governance forums.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience scheduling technical projects, with a strong operational (not capital) focus.
  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Project, Planview, and/or other top project management software.
  • PMP certification required; experience with Planview highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated excellence in analyzing resourcing capacity vs. demand, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
