About Your New Job

As the Senior Project Manager – Global NPD, you will:

  • Deliver multiple complex, cross-departmental product development programs across various product categories, including medical devices, wellness products, supplements, and cosmetics.
  • Own integrated project planning, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and milestone delivery from concept through global launch and post-launch stabilization.
  • Mentor and supervise project staff, fostering collaboration and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain master project plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, regulatory, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.
  • Drive accountability, escalate risks or resource constraints proactively, and facilitate structured program reviews and stakeholder updates.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and manage documentation readiness for stage-gate reviews.
  • Oversee risk and change management, manage scope and supplier-driven changes, and coordinate post-launch updates.
  • Support launch readiness, lead lessons-learned reviews, and champion continuous improvement for future projects.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues across time zones and accommodate occasional evening meetings; travel up to 10% per year.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional product development programs.
  • Strong experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, supplements, and cosmetics.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Excellent risk management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
