About Your New Job

  • As Senior Project Architect, you will lead and oversee the design, delivery, and contract administration of projects in the life sciences, data centre, and commercial sectors.
  • Take ownership for managing all RIAI Work Stages, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, contractual obligations, and planning requirements.
  • Act as Contract Administrator for public works contracts, liaising directly with clients, consultants, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Lead project teams, coordinate documentation, and ensure successful handover and project completion.
  • Opportunity to join the senior management team, influencing business direction and supporting strategic decisions.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Architect, with significant experience in contract administration and public works projects.
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, GCCC forms of contract, and public procurement procedures.
  • Proven track record delivering projects through construction, including site inspections and managing contractual processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Experience securing local authority approvals and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit.
