About Your New Job
Lead healthcare architecture projects from concept through to completion.
Oversee technical design and ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, HSE and HIQA standards.
Coordinate with clients, clinical teams, contractors and multidisciplinary consultants.
Carry out site visits and inspections to monitor construction quality and progress.
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder expectations.
Resolve technical and design challenges throughout project delivery.
What You Need
10+ years' experience as an Architect.
Strong portfolio of healthcare projects, including acute, primary care, clinical facilities or medical fit-outs.
Excellent knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, HSE guidelines and HIQA standards.
Understanding of infection control, universal design and healthcare planning requirements.
Experience managing projects through construction and site delivery.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, leadership and client-management abilities.
Essential: Previous experience delivering healthcare projects in Ireland, including familiarity with HSE procedures, local authorities and healthcare compliance requirements.
What You Can Expect
- Competitive salary between €60,000 and €70,000, depending on experience.
